This is one of only four urban wineries in Europe housed in an old piggery. it is Sweden’s largest wine producer. They only use ecological and biodynamic grapes and are concerned about the unregulated additives used in wine production which is not labelled. Although not producing natural wine, they add the lowest possible sulphites for longer durability.
